Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase for new golf carts and accessories.
- Condition: Items must be returned in like-new condition, free from damage, scratches, or wear and tear, and must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-ordered or personalized golf carts.
- Special-order parts or accessories.
- Used golf carts and accessories unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
- Inspection: All returns will be inspected by a Brooks EV representative to verify eligibility and condition.
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will apply for returned items, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is processed. For financed purchases, refunds will be applied per the terms of the financing agreement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, we will work with you to ensure a smooth process. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Warranty Claims
For items with manufacturing defects or issues covered under warranty, please contact our repair team at repair@brooksev.com or call us at 352-777-9909 to initiate a warranty claim.
How to Start a Return
- Email repair@brooksev.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Visit our store at 13499 Chambord Street, Brooksville, Florida, or ship your return to the same address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error or defect.
